Nanoleaf has launched a new product ready for the holiday and Christmas season in the form of the Smart Holiday String lights. These lights are designed for enhancing the ambiance of your Christmas tree, fireplace, or any place where you’d like to infuse a touch of festive charm with their twinkling illumination. The new smart Christmas lights work with Matter and HomeKit.
The new Nanoleaf smart holiday lights are part of the eseentations range, but instead of using Thread, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Matter over Wi-Fi. So because they feature Matter support, they also work with Apple Home. With an IP44 rating, they’re also suitable for adorning your porch. What’s more, these lights offer both tunable white and colourful lighting options, making them versatile and suitable for use throughout the year.
They come in a pack with two 10-meter strings connected by a manual controller for a total of 20 meters. They feature a total of 250 individually addressable LEDs capable of displaying over 16 million colours, custom colour gradients, and lighting scenes. The Nanoleaf app offers access to nine predefined lighting scenes, such as “Holiday Magic” and “Crackling Fireplace.” Additionally, you have the freedom to craft your custom scenes and expand your choices by downloading more options.
