One years ago at CES 2023, Nanoleaf announced the Skylight with a timeline of coming later in the year, well that didn’t happen and it took them a year to release the ceiling light to the market. Its now finally here and Nanoleaf sent a 3 pack over to me for review.
The Nanoleaf Skylight features 16+ Million Colours and Tunable Whites. They have a maximum brightness of 1400 lumens with a colour temperature ranging from 2700 Kelvin to 6500 Kelvin.
The Skylight connects via Wi-Fi and its a shame Nanoleaf didn’t include Thread. You can control them through the Nanoleaf App, voice assistants like Siri, and integration within Apple Home via HomeKit. At the time of the review, these do not support Matter.
For full transparency, Nanoleaf did send over smart Light so I could review. But to be 100% clear, HomeKit Authority maintains full editorial control over the content in our reviews. This means we will point out the good and bad about the product to give you our best opinion.
Continue to watch this review to find out my thoughts on the Nanoleaf Skylight.
