Govee has announced three new Apple Home compatible smart lighting products at CES 2026, expanding its growing Matter based ecosystem. The new devices include the Govee Ceiling Light Ultra, the Govee Sky Ceiling Light, and the Govee Floor Lamp 3, all supporting Matter and seamless integration with the Apple Home.
Govee Sky Ceiling Light
The 21 inch Govee Sky Ceiling Light is designed to replicate the look and feel of natural daylight. Using custom engineered LEDs and gradient illumination, it recreates sky tones ranging from clear daytime blue to warm sunset hues.
Edge mounted LEDs give the Sky Ceiling Light the appearance of an architectural skylight rather than a traditional ceiling fixture. It delivers up to 5200 lumens of brightness and is designed for spaces between 200 and 300 square feet. Like other new Govee lights, it supports Matter and can be added directly to the Apple Home app for control, scenes, and automations.
Govee Ceiling Light Ultra
The Govee Ceiling Light Ultra is a 21 inch Matter compatible smart ceiling light designed to combine high output illumination with advanced visual effects. Built around a 616 LED matrix, the light can render detailed scenes and animated patterns using up to eight distinct layers of motion, colour, and shape. More than 20 preset lighting scenes are available directly within the Govee app.
Designed for main living spaces, Govee says the Ceiling Light Ultra delivers natural, true to life lighting across objects and skin tones. It offers up to 5000 lumens of brightness, making it suitable for rooms between 200 and 300 square feet. A tunable white range from 2700K to 6500K allows the light to adapt throughout the day, whether used manually or through Apple Home automations.
Govee Floor Lamp 3
The Govee Floor Lamp 3 is the latest generation of Govee’s popular floor lighting range and the direct successor to the Floor Lamp 2. It supports Matter with optional Apple Home integration, allowing it to be controlled alongside other smart home devices in the Apple Home ecosystem.
The Floor Lamp 3 features Govee’s upgraded LuminBlend Plus lighting system, capable of reproducing 281 trillion colours with a wide colour temperature range from 1000K to 10000K. This makes it suitable for everything from ambient mood lighting to bright task lighting.
LuminBlend Plus is Govee’s proprietary colour management system, using Gamma calibration to deliver accurate, true to life colours across different environments. Govee has confirmed that LuminBlend Plus will be rolling out to additional smart lighting products in 2026.
New AI software features coming to Govee lighting
In addition to new hardware, Govee is expanding its smart lighting platform with new software features designed to improve realism, automation, and personalisation.
AI Lighting Bot 2.0 is being introduced across a wide range of Govee products. Using generative AI models, it creates lighting that is more expressive, intuitive, and emotionally responsive. Compatible light strips and permanent lighting products can react to mood or context in real time and learn user behaviour over time. For graphic lighting setups, AI Lighting Bot 2.0 can also generate animated visuals with layered motion, colour, and effects.
Govee is also introducing DaySync, a new circadian lighting feature that automatically matches indoor lighting to the time of day. DaySync adjusts brightness, colour, and colour temperature using preset schedules, helping create more natural lighting that aligns with daily rhythms. When combined with Apple Home automations, DaySync aims to reduce the need for manual lighting adjustments throughout the day.
