Aqara has officially launched the Hub M200 to the global market. Designed as a powerful multi-protocol Matter hub, the M200 brings together Aqara devices, IR-controlled appliances, and third-party Matter products across more than 50 categories into one unified Aqara Home experience. It also works as a Matter bridge for both Aqara’s Zigbee devices and IR-compatible AC units or air-to-air heat pumps, enabling full control and automation through any Matter-enabled ecosystem.

Multi-Protocol Hub for Matter, Thread, and Aqara Zigbee
The Hub M200 supports up to 40 Thread devices and 40 Aqara Zigbee devices simultaneously. Acting as both a Matter Controller and Matter Bridge, it allows users to manage and automate third-party Matter devices in the Aqara Home app while seamlessly integrating Aqara Zigbee accessories into platforms such as Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Home Assistant, and SmartThings.
360° Infrared Control with Smart Feedback
A built-in 360° IR blaster enables full control of IR appliances, while also recognising remote-control inputs and device status changes. When paired with an Aqara climate sensor, the hub can expose an IR-controlled AC unit to Matter and operate as a thermostat.
Local Automations
The M200 supports fully local automations for Aqara and third-party Matter devices, offering near-instant responses without relying on the cloud. Even if your internet connection goes down, automations continue running smoothly over the local network.
Flexible & Reliable Connectivity
With dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4/5GHz), WPA3 security, and a PoE-enabled Ethernet port, the Hub M200 provides stable networking and uninterrupted power options. A USB-C port is available for power delivery when using Wi-Fi.
Built-In Speaker with Custom Alerts
The integrated speaker allows the Hub M200 to function as a siren within Aqara Home. Users can upload and assign custom ringtones directly through the app, tailoring alerts and automations to their needs.
